The name and logo of Furnituresway.com is to be displayed on the shop

(1) Whatever work is being given by the first party to the second party, they will do it with honesty and dedication.

(2) The first party shall provide finance facility to the second party through card.

(3) After making 50 percent payment, the first party will provide the facility to the second party to pay the remaining amount in 2-3 installments, the time limit of which will be 45 days.

(4) Paid doorstep service shall be provided by the first party to the second party.

(5) If the second party is not able to make the full payment within 45 days, then they will have to pay 10 percent interest.

(6) There will be an additional GST charge on every billing, which will have to be borne by the second party.

(7) The order will be valid only if 50 percent advance payment is made 20 days in advance.

(8) After paying 50%, the remaining payment will be provided by the second party in 3 installments in 3 cheques.

(9) At the time of placing the order, the second party will clearly provide the design, size, color to the first party.

(10) The rate will be fixed according to quality and quantity.

(11) No item will be returned after it is made. After the goods are made or before delivery, the first party will make a photo and video of the goods and provide them to the second party so that it can be known that the goods are completely correct.

(12) The first party will not be responsible for breakages during home delivery.

(13) If any dispute arises, it will be settled in Raipur Court.

(14) It is mandatory for the second party to follow all the rules of Furnituresway.com. The agreement will be signed only after this.
